I'm not dead, just working on a few things

Okay, well, I haven't been updating a lot lately due to some stuff in my personal life(some of it good, some of it bad)as a result I haven't been able to play or do much of anything lately.

Also the Pets expansion kinda killed The Sims 3 for me, I guess I already had a hard time warming up to this game, and all of this was kind of like the proverbial nail in the coffin for me, I might play again someday, so who knows?

In the near future(probably within the next 6 months)I will be going back to school to work on a degree, so that will further shut things out for me.

In the meantime, I will continue to work on my meshing skills, and as I become better I will eventually upload these things for all of you, I won't be playing the game anymore for the moment, but I would love to still make things for anyone who can still enjoy the game.

The Pets EP and my stuff

Okay, so here's the thing, the Pets EP broke all CC with interactions, which means that even my humble EA edited stuff was affected, I will be spending the time soon to update everything for Pets when I can.

Meanwhile, if you have Pets or the patch do not download my objects, because they will not work, I left the downloads up however for everyone who isn't patched.

Color me SEVERELY annoyed!

This has bothered me for a long time! High End Loft stuff texture edit, no blue!

Just as the title suggests, this has bothered me for oh so long! Why on earth did EA goof up perfectly nice furniture with poorly chosen textures?!!! I could never use this set, because of that little swatch of perpetual blue!

So, after I learned the basics of texture editing, I removed it,on the beds the "stripe"now just takes on/shows the color of your chosen bedding, and the chair and desk have the handy dandy option of recoloring in a nice monotone color or a wild color duo.

As an added bonus I changed the texture of the vibrating heart bed that also came in the SP, no more perpetual red curtain, I know, I know, I may receive some chiding for not making the top heart recolor able in a separate channel, but I thought everyone would enjoy it the way it is, I know I do!

These are object clones, meaning that they will not replace anything in the game, feel free to upload with your lots but please leave a link to my blog in your upload, and please, no claiming as your own!

I did not alter the meshes in any way, because quite frankly, I like them, I just fixed the textures.

No squirrels club! Generations bookcase minus stencil

Hello! Well, real life has been, to be frank, a b#@&@ lately, so I have had little time to do anything even remotely fun, finally I've been able to get back to creating, hence today's update.

This is the nice antique/shabby chic/vintage/whatever bookcase that came with the Generations ep, with the goofy squirrel stencil removed, now it is more suitable for a Victorian/vintage style home.

No blue and no squirrels allowed! Generations dresser and armoire minus stencils.

Ugh, why does EA goof up perfectly lovely furniture with stupid stencils? I fell in love with the armoire and dresser that came with Generations, the only problem I had was with the stencils(blue?!!? Blue?!!!? I can understand the squirrel a little bit, but blue lines?!!? Seriously?!!?)Anyhoo, it was a simple fix, I made these cloned objects so they wouldn't replace any existing object/texture in the game, now you can have both.

I know most everyone probably likes the squirrel stencil, but I personally hate it, that little squirrel has haunted me since Generations was released.(LOL!)

I hope everyone enjoys these and freely uses them in uploaded lots, the armoire would be great in an older home.

We need more cute! 5 different Hello Kitty Late Night chokers

Okay, so I am in LOVE with the simple velvet choker that came with Late Night, but I wanted it to have just a tad more, ahem, cute, so I added some Hello Kitty logos to it.

Each choker is an individual download, because I'm pretty sure most of you would rather pick and choose what one that you want, instead of downloading an entire set to do it, but if anyone wants them all in one zip just leave a comment and I'll add a link later.

Random hearts, a set of 10 heart tattoos

Today I have for everyone a set of 10 1 channel recolorable heart themed tattoos, I made these for smaller parts of the body, but I guess you could slap em anywhere! I thought these look great and fit the feel of the game nicely, the package file version is already combined, and each Sims3pack is clearly labelled, enjoy!

Weird Tats, a set of (somewhat)weird multi channel tattoos

In celebration of finally having my game back up and running(Yay!)I present to all of you a set of five multi channel tattoos, it's hard to make truly unique ones, but I thought that all of you would still enjoy these, the sword, sacred heart and pencil are each 3 channel recolorable, the ring pop and alarm clock are each two channels.

The title isn't too fitting, because some of these are actually very normal, but oh well, I'm running dry on interesting upload titles, package version has both combined and loose version, clearly named so you can ditch what you don't want.

Looks better/worse on certain parts of the body, so of course play around with them!

King of pop, a set of five Micheal Jackson paintings

Hello! Well, I've been on a brief hiatus lately, but I decided to return today with a minor update while I work on my meshing skills, here are a set of 5 Micheal Jackson paintings done by request, cloned from the pinup painting that came with Late Night and that weird kiddie dragon picture that came with Generations, I apologize in advance if some of you find a couple of the images, erm, disturbing, anyhoo, enjoy!

And the two paintings with MJ and kids were actual paintings that Micheal Jackson himself owned, the other two are lovely paintings by an artist(sorry I don't remember their name!)

MESHING!!!! OMG!!

Okay, so I'm a tad bored with what I'm creating, today I went out on a limb and purchased Milkshape and Photoshop CS5, it cost me a lot of money, but hopefully it will be worth it once I perfect meshing.

I plan to start with small objects and then work my way up to clothing and possibly hair and new mesh room sets, stay tuned everyone and wish me luck!!!

Spoke too soon! Got the game back up and running!

Yesterday I was just extremely frustrated, I uninstalled Generations, reinstalled it, and voila! My game is actually launching and playing normally again! Soooo, I won't be buying that new game disc after all, I may even upload a small update for everyone tomorrow!

Soooo, my game won't start! WTF?!!!?

Well, I hope this explains everything, my Sims 3 Generations disc refuses to start, and I'm afraid that I won't be able to update my blog this weekend!

I plan on going to Wal Mart on Sunday to purchase a new disc, hopefully I'll be able to update something then, ugh, this is beyond annoying! I've had problems with this disc since I purchased it, hopefully everything will be resolved soon!

Here's a simple upload that I hope everyone will enjoy, the EA longhair female military caps converted to males, found in the hats section, no random, EA original textures, hope all of you like these!
